My mom used to serve this quick & easy chicken dish...now it’s a favorite in my home too! It is ready to serve in 30 minutes.

8-oz. pkg. wide egg noodles, uncooked

4 T. butter, divided

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 green or red pepper, thinly sliced

2 T. sweet paprika

2 cloves garlic, pressed

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch cubes

1/2 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

14-1/2 oz. can chicken broth

14-1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes

1 c. sour cream

Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
